The baby of a 28-year-old Indian asylum seeker died suddenly, six weeks after birth. The cause of death is not clear but notes from the Home Office's Central Incident Database indicate that officials planned a Local Practice Review and inquest, to take place in May 2020.

The woman's age, sex, nationality, cause of death and date of death are similar to another death in the records, raising the possibility her death has been recorded twice by the Home Office. However, some pieces of information such as date of birth and arrival date differ.

This 31-year-old Sudanese person died in hospital after suffering chest pain. He had arrived in the UK less than three months earlier, according to the Home Office Incident Database. It states he died from "natural causes".

This 32-year-old Iranian man was found dead in wasteland near a car park in Manchester. A Home Office record claims he'd taken a drug overdose.
His case is marked in internal records as involving "self-harm/suicide".

This 39-year-old Sri Lankan died from unspecified natural causes. It appears his asylum claim had been refused and he'd exhausted his right to appeal, but was receiving temporary support for those who are destitute. No further details are provided in the Home Office's Incident Database.

This 36-year-old man from China died in hospital from liver cancer, according to the Home Office Incident Database. His asylum application had been refused but he was receiving temporary accommodation support.

This 37-year-old Nigerian man, who had been granted asylum, died suddenly in his accommodation according to Home Office notes. He was found by his housemates. He was known to be a cancer patient, but it's not clear from the records if this was his cause of death.

This Pakistani man, 49, is said in Home Office documents to have died "peacefully" in a care home. He was no longer in Home Office asylum seeker housing; it's possible he had recently been moved, which would explain his inclusion on the Home Office Incident Database.
